An inexpensive gift that really gives a bang for your buck? Collage your photos in a 20"x30" poster. I originally started doing this for the kids for Christmas as a way to commemorate their year. It was so popular that I did it for birthdays, friend's gifts, a way to display vacation pictures in one poster, and theme posters for the kids' swim/basketball/rugby/track.
Incredibly inexpensive (usually around $10) and most of your photo printing places have some kind of option. I use Costco for mine. For those of us who have no crafting ability whatsoever (raising hand high!), here is a way to make a personalized gift that will be a success.
